How Do You Want to Feel?

I woke up at 4:57 this morning and made it to the 5:45 am Barre3 class down the street. My first mission of the day was accomplished. I felt strong during my workout. After all, it’s the fourth one this week, and I’m crushing my goal!

Walking out of there, I felt pretty good. Before the sun had even thought about rising, I’d already taken care of my body and done something good for my soul.

To be honest though, things went a little sideways from there. I pulled into my garage and realized I’d left my phone at the studio. By the time I made it back there, our instructor had locked up and left the scene. Okay. Deep breath.

I knew I’d be spending the morning at the dentist, one of my least favorite places to be. And I knew that by the time the torture was done at the dentist, the morning Barre3 classes would be all wrapped up.

I won’t be able to get my phone until at least 4:30 this afternoon.

Deep breath.

There are a lot of days when this situation would completely stress me out! But, I decided to hang onto that feeling from the end of my workout early this morning: everything is okay and anything is possible.

That’s one of the many, many reasons I love Barre3.

When I start my day knowing I’ve already taken care of my body and my soul, I feel like I can take on pretty much anything the day brings my way.

I feel the same way when I spend 60 focused minutes in Hustle Habit, a new online business workout: no matter what else happens as my day unfolds, I’ve already taken strategic, focused action to create a profitable business.

Two weeks ago, a group of 12 women participated in Hustle Habit. After the session, I asked them this question: What’s one word or phrase that describes how you feel after your workout?

Focused.

Energized.

Optimistic.

Ready.

Here are a few other comments they shared:

“I’m surprised how much I CAN accomplish in just one hour.”

“The best way to get ahead of the Sunday scaries!!”

“I need this weekly.”

“I want more.”

If you’re a business owner, freelancer, side hustler, consultant, coach, dog walker, or anyone with a revenue earning project - I would love for you to join me in this Sunday’s workout at 2 pm ET! It’s completely free, online (so you can join in from anywhere!) and just might be the perfect way to start your week.
