I love audiobooks. Well, I should clarify: I love some audiobooks. I love the ones that are read aloud by the author herself, an author who writes as if her words will eventually be read aloud and perhaps, even, reads them aloud as she writes. I guess I could be more specific: I love listening to Shonda Rhimes' audiobook, Year of Yes: How to Dance It Out, Stand In the Sun and Be Your Own Person.
This month, I'm celebrating my 5-year business birthday! Over the years, I've learned what works and what doesn't. I've come to understand what feels expansive and what feels stuck.
